The Village Hall's Facilities & Hiring Fees
The VC Hall has a range of facilities available for hire. There is the main hall capable of accommodating up to 150 people. A meeting room for small groups and meetings plus an excellent kitchen for anything from teas and coffees up to full catering for events.
NOTE: If cooking please provide your own saucepans etc.

BOOKINGS AND DEPOSITS
When booking a party or event the booking is not considered confirmed until the booking deposit has been paid.
Booking deposits are not refundable if cancelled.
IMPORTANT:
If you wish to sell alcohol at your event then you must inform the hall management in writing when booking. It is your responsibility to ensure the hall’s license terms are not breached. Please read the following guidelines.

Individual Booking
From booking via email, to being met at the start and the end of the party and shown around, everything was so smooth and easy.
The hall is a great space. Plenty big enough for children to let off steam but also have a quieter corner too. With a great speaker system for playing music, and a fully equipped kitchen with hot water tap to make lots of drinks easily. The toilets were clean and there was everything you could need in cleaning cupboards. There were multiple compliments throughout the party saying what a nice space it was.
We had such a fun party here and it made hosting so straight forward. We will definitely be using the space again!

I have held my yoga classes at the village hall since 2007 and throughout that time it has been, and continues to be, a very welcoming location.
The hall is always clean and warm and everyone involved in running the hall are friendly and professional. The location is a great asset as parking available and away from road noise. The facilities are kept to the highest standard.

The Vale of Belvoir u3a use the VC Hall for our main meeting and group activities throughout the month. We book the hall a year in advance, which is easy to do with the VC Hall representative Mim.
Kitchen is of a good size and very well equipped. As well as male and female toilets it has disabled facilities, which are all kept extremely clean. The main hall has an excellent sound system with microphones (head and hand held), which are used at our monthly meetings.
As a non profit organisation we have found the hall to be an excellent facility within our village and would recommend to any other groups.
