Prior to booking, please read our Hire Terms & Conditions and Information for Hirers

The hall availability can be checked, and bookings can be made via our online system, Hallmaster. We will be in touch to confirm your booking.

Instructions on how to use the booking system are available on the following user guide.

On the day of your booking, you will be met at the start of your hire period by either the hall manager or one of the trustees. They will show you round the hall and go through the key safety requirements and how to operate the wi-fi and other equipment. 

At the end of your hire, you are expected to ‘leave the hall in the condition in which you found it’ and all rubbish has to be removed from the premises. We have no rubbish collection at the hall.
