Jan Cummins Yoga

Yoga & Jan – freedom from within

The aim of Yoga is Kaivalyam – Freedom, whether that be at the level of the body, breath, mind or emotions. Freedom from that which causes you to not be comfortable with where you are at the moment.  Yoga is accessible for all. I teach a general class for mixed ability and a Gentle Yoga class, for those who wish for the benefits of yoga in a gentler form.

reaLIZe Yoga
I’m Liz, I devise and facilitate yoga and sound bath sessions designed to guide you towards your own power and realisation that you hold the keys to improving your body, mind and soul.

Yoga is so much more than stretching and throwing shapes in a room full of lycra clad bodies. Yoga is not limited to physical practices, it includes movement breathing, concentration and meditative techniques.
