Yoga & Jan – freedom from within
The aim of Yoga is Kaivalyam – Freedom, whether that be at the level of the body, breath, mind or emotions. Freedom from that which causes you to not be comfortable with where you are at the moment. Yoga is accessible for all. I teach a general class for mixed ability and a Gentle Yoga class, for those who wish for the benefits of yoga in a gentler form.
